Head Coach Kelly Bracetty
Graduated from Pittston Area HS as a 5 sport athlete in Cross Country, Swimming, Diving, Track & Field, Soccer. Went on to compete for the DII East Stroudsburg Warriors XC and Indoor/Outdoor Track teams where she went on the break the school record in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:20.07) and was a two-time qualifier for the DII NCAA National Championships during her junior and senior year.
Earned a Bachelors of Science in Health, Physical Education and Spanish and later went on to grad school at Wilkes University with Masters Degrees in Online Teaching and Classroom Technology, earning Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 in each degree.
Started coaching at the age of 18 when she and a teammate started an Elementary feeder program within the Pittston Area School District. Over the years she has gone on to coach cross country and track at several schools, including Pocono Mt. West HS, Muhlenberg College, and most recently Bethlehem Catholic HS (BECAHI) where she coached the 2016 Girls team to 2nd place in District XI and an 11th place finish at the PIAA State Championships. With a long history of competitive running and coaching under her belt, she has coached several high school District Champions and State Medalists to numerous collegiate NCAA National Qualifiers.
Has competed in various distance events from the 5k (18:56) to the Kentucky Ironman – a 140.6 mile race. Completed 4 different charity rides for cancer by riding her bike over 500+ miles in 6 days, cycling back to the Lehigh Valley from states as far as West Virginia and Vermont. Currently she is training for the VIA Marathon (26.2miles) from Allentown to Easton on September 9th.
Lives in Macungie with her husband David and three kids- Brielle (6), Gianna (5) and Jayden (3) and two dogs. Currently teaches high school Wellness & Fitness at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI).
